Extension will not dial correctly

I have extension 110 in my system (2.9.0.12) with Polycom 550 phones. When I dial 110 and press send on the phone it works perfectly, but when I pick up the handset and start to dial 110 after I dial 11, it says “your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again.” Same thing when I try to transfer to extension 110.

Any ideas?

Check the digit map of the phone.
