Hi All,
I am setting up a support extension just for the sole purpose of missed calls. (failover) with voicemail
When I call this extension my announcement plays with no issues. after the announcement has finished I get the voice Im sorry an error has accrued… you have exited the voicemail system.
Under the extension settings voicemail is set to active. But when I go into advanced voicemail settings the extension shows unactivated.
