SO, a call comes in to an extension that has permission to dial a route, however follow me asks for a pin. certain cell phone numbers as an example are listed in the dial pattern. dialing from an approved extension = call goes right through as expected. incoming to that extension, follow me trys to go to that cell phone and a pin is requested.
