Extension Routes issue

I got my free Extension Routes module licensed but I am running into usage issues… could be I am a newbie… or it could be an issue with my GoogleVoice trunks I want to use.

I have 3 trunks defined.
POTS
GoogleVoice1
GoogleVoice2

I can set any of those in my routing preference table and make outgoing calls over the ‘first’ route.

I have a dial prefix of 8 for the 1st Google Voice trunk and I have a prefix (9) for the second google voice number.

All of that works.

I am looking for a way to have one extension use a different outgoing trunk / route by default and let the other extensions use a different trunk / route automatically.

In one of my extensions… if I select the POTS trunk as the only one… that works fine. If I pick either of my Google Voice trunks instead of the POTS one, I get an error making an outging call. The asterisk log shows:

[2013-10-20 16:37:17] VERBOSE[6604][C-0000001e] pbx.c: – Executing [8885557543@from-internal:3] GotoIf(“SIP/5111-00000016”, “1?outbound-2,8885557543,2:outbound-allroutes,8885557543,2”) in new stack
[2013-10-20 16:37:17] VERBOSE[6604][C-0000001e] pbx.c: – Goto (outbound-2,8885557543,2)
[2013-10-20 16:37:17] WARNING[6604][C-0000001e] pbx.c: Channel ‘SIP/5111-00000016’ sent to invalid extension but no invalid handler: context,exten,priority=outbound-2,8885557543,2

that outbound-2 is the ‘2nd’ trunk and that is a google voice trunk.

if I use the POTS trunk… the log shows:

[2013-10-20 16:39:51] VERBOSE[6638][C-0000001f] pbx.c: – Executing [8885557543@from-internal:3] GotoIf(“SIP/5111-00000017”, "1?outbound$
[2013-10-20 16:39:51] VERBOSE[6638][C-0000001f] pbx.c: – Goto (outbound-1-2-3,8885557543,2)

and the call completes.

I think that it’s an issue with the Extension Routes accessing my google voice trunk… but I am not sure…

anyone have any ideas?

is there a better place to ask this question… if so… where?
