dear team,
i have created a busy destination on a extension.
i have disabled call waiting. so my plan: if a call comes in and the extension is busy,
then i do a Terminate Call with Busy option.
but my main problem:
it doesnt work. the call was terminated, but i dont hear the busy tone on the caller site.
how i can do that, if the ext is busy, that i can hear as external caller a busy tone?
have i done a missconfiguration?

can it be that a sound file are not existing on system?
The sound file definitely exists since it plays when you call internally.
Looking at the logs would give you a clue. /var/log/asterisk/full
