Extension not working when prompted from IVR


I have an issue where one of my extensions doesnt work when the IVR asks to input your party’s extension. This is an existing extension where the only change was to the name belonging to the extension.
I get the response “your input is invalid, please try again”

Has anyone run into this issue and found a fix?
