Extension not found error when calling from one sip phone to another

I have simple setup with 2 sip phones registered with asterisk fine. This is completely new and internal setup. When I try to call from one sip phone to another I get the Error

“extension not found”

freepbx version 2.5.1
asterisk 1.6
