Extension Name

Employee changed. Went into FreePBX and changed the name, also went into the phone and changed the name there. (Cisco spa504g)
Strange thing now is that when all but one phone calls the extension, the new name displays, but when one phone calls, they still get the old name.
This only happens from this one extension.

Went to the phone whose name had changed and called the phone which kept getting the old name. The new name appeared in the display. Called back and now the name appears correct.
I have to assume that somehow the phone in question had the name in some kind of cache or was pulling from call history.
