Could there be a particular reason why an extension in a queue sometimes doesn’t ring?
It seems to be sporadic from what I’ve witnessed.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
you want to get a call trace. If it is always the same phone and assuming it is a sip phone probably run sip debug on that peer.
