Extension having trouble connecting and no audio

When I dial *43 the echo tests works just fine and i can here myself clearly. i can sometimes connect to a cellphone i have but there is no audio. Also any other number i call will say “all circuits are busy now”.

These symptoms are typically indicative of issues with your NAT or port forwarding configuration. It is also likely that you don’t have any of the IP information correction configured in the Settings -> Asterisk SIP Settings -> NAT Settings section.

You need to make sure that the external IP that the world will see your PBX coming from is correctly configured as well as provide the system with all of the subsets that your phones/clients will be connecting to the system from.

Okay I changed it to the correct IP address. I can call some businesses and it works perfectly however when I try to call personal cellphones there is no audio on either end.
