Hello.
Got an extension which is always busy/unavailable. I have rebuilt the extension twice. I have tested with, and without a telephone connected. I suspect it is a Follow Me issue. When Follow me is enabled, I get the Unavailable Announcement. When it is disabled, I get the Busy Announcement,
Reason I suspect it being a Follow Me issue is because of the following line:
