EXP100 fails after a week

S700 with two EXP100 sidecars. 2nd EXP100 suddenly fails and says Note: Pls ensure the phone pc port is set to “Connected to Expansion Module”

Phone was set correctly and had been working fine for the last week. Rebooting of phone did not fix the problem. Had to power down completely and it came up correctly.

Anyone have this problem? We’ve had a number of phones with bad hook switches, but this is something new.

I saw this today. I think it needed to do a firmware update. Eventually it went away.
