Exetensions stops working randomly

I got freepbx 17 running on debian. im using twilio elastic sip, i have grandstream 2 port fxs gateway with 2 analog phones. when i first set everything up by following twilio instructions and one whole day i tested outgoing calls and incoming calls to main ip phone extension and the other 2 analog extensions, and everything worked flawlessly. the next day after sometime one of the extension started saying all circuits are busy calling out and even other extensions.

There is not much to work with here however it sounds like the issue is with the trunk.

Find out if the trunks is available when the call fails using the asterisk CLI; sngrep from the debian command line may also deliver a clue.

If it is registered set up a packet capture , open sngrep from the debian command line , and in another temrinal watch the asterisk CLI - now reproduce the failure.

This should yield some clues as to why the call is failing.
