We are having failed calls on the CDR after a successful answered calls.
Those failed calls are not appearing in the softphone logs
In that case we are having concerns tallying the correct call stats.
Hope you can help me remove or disable what is causing it. Thanks
I’m guessing that the call is being forked and one of the locations is unregistered or otherwise failing.
For example, routing to a ring group with a working and a non-working extension.
With luck, the other CDR columns will have a clue to what’s wrong.
Otherwise, the Asterisk log for a call should show the failed attempts.
