Errors logging into GUI

Hello All,

New install FreePBX 13.0.192.8. Just completed setup and everything was humming along nicely. Last thing I was looking at the options under Follow Me. Didn’t apply any updates or anything, nor did I restart. Now getting the error below immediately at login to GUI.

Whoops\Exception\ErrorException
exec(): Unable to fork [locale -a]
File:/var/www/html/admin/libraries/BMO/View.class.php:118

Any ideas?

OK, thanks. I will reboot tonight, after hours. This is a pre-built appliance (not Sangoma). Any idea if this could be a config error or something deeper?

Reboot cleared it up. Prior to reboot, the memory usage was at 93% and swap 100%. Now to figure out why…
