I am not able to get the GUI.

One problem I see is it is saying it is Unable to Find Asterisk results, but has no critical issues in the list, so there is nothing for me to go on to fix it.

I have no clue. Can you go into more detail.

When I am on the GUI page, the Unable to Find Asterisk results is what appears when you hover over the fire icon in this image.
