Did you submit a ticket? We’re not going to be able to help you much without a lot more debugging information, and since it’s a commercial package, you may end up in an Issues ticket anyway.
Looks like you are running ver. 12, which is long past end of life. It’s time to upgrade or migrate your settings to a supported platform.
