Error When Recording New System Message

My system’s been working for several years now. Suddenly, when I try to record a new system message I dial *77, Record the message, press #, and I get
[ERROR] The Recorded File Does Not exists:

Nevermind. ID-10T Error.
My phone has two identities. I was recording the message from the wrong identity.
