Error when logging into UCP

I am using FreePBX Distro 14 on Asterisk 11

When logging into the UCP, I am greeted with the following error:
“There was an error. See the console log for more details”

If I press “close”, it goes away and I am able to do what I need in here, however, the error is quite annoying.

Anyone experiencing the same thing or have a fix for this?

I wasn’t aware of what the console log was, but I figured it out now. Below is the error:

Internal Server Error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

What can I do to correct this?

Did you submit a ticket on this? That’s what those of us that hang out here do when no one can answer our questions. It sounds like a software problem to me, unless you’ve messed up your UCP configuration.

I haven’t, I just wanted to see if this was some sort of common problem that could be easily fixed. I’ll create a ticket for it… This is a fresh install and I haven’t done anything that would corrupt my UCP configuration I would think… I’ve just created a couple of accounts and given them permissions to certain things, that’s about it.
