Error when applying config or updating modules

Hello,
I am having a problem with error: retrieve_conf encountered an error: 1. Every time I use the apply config button i get this error. Since i ran module upgrades to 12.0.76.2, on the module admin page, i haven’t been able to save any changes. I am getting notifications that 43 new modules are available, but they never show in the module admin page. I am also getting "module adminwget is set to true on the FreePBX status page. If I run amportal a r i get the following output:
[[email protected] admin]# amportal a r

Error(s) have occured, the following is the retrieve_conf output:

The phones are all registered and the system is processing calls. I just can’t add/change any settings. I’d also like to get everything up to date. Any help would be appreciated.
