Error updating the OS with Freepbx

Got an email from my system running FreePBX 14.0.13.4 that may of the system packages including:
httpd.x86_64 2.4.6-89.13.sng7.sangoma (current: 2.4.6.88.11.sng7.sangoma)
httpd-tools.x86_64 2.4.6-89.13.sng7.sangoma (current:2.4.6.88.11.sng7.sangoma)

needed to be updated. At the end of a

yum upgrade

got the message:

–> Running transaction check
—> Package sangoma-pbx.noarch 0:1904-1.sng7 will be erased
–> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Trying to remove “sangoma-pbx”, which is protected

Which makes me more than a little queasy.

What’s the right way to do this update?
