Error trying to add Exchange Calendar

trying to use my Exchange Calendar
it autodetects my info

401 means unauthorized. Meaning you have the wrong username or password (this is what Microsoft is telling us)

I entered my email address and pw (from lastpass), so i’m pretty sure they are correct
I’ve tried various user names

does it use a secure method for the username/password?

It’s over HTTPS. Unfortunately the error you are having is not something that is easily debuggable as it’s from Microsoft. Either you have the wrong username or password or you aren’t allowed to access calendars.

I started again & left the username blank
get a different error now
