Error System Admin update 10.13.66-1 to 10.13.66-9

Using FreePBX 13.0.70 and trying to update via System Admin, I get the following error after a few seconds of processing:

fopen(http://upgrades.schmoozecom.net/updates.php): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!

That would mean you have a DNS issue or internet routing issue.
