Error screen on FreePBX login screen

I was attempting to log into the maintenance screen on our system and the system was not recognizing the password that we had been using. After a couple of tries, I got a screen that says, “Connection INterrupted. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading… Please try again.” Upon trying again, I get the same screen without seeing the log-in screen. I tried rebooting the system but I cannot return to the log-in screen and the connection Interrupted screen immediately pops up. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get the screen log-in back up? Also we need some way to reset the password so we can again access the maintenance on the system?
