Error on Freepbx .. Warning: array_push() [function.array-push]:

I installed freepbx and i am getting this error… any idea what this error is ?

Warning: array_push() [function.array-push]: Cannot add element to the array as the next element is already occupied in /var/www/html/asterisk/admin/functions.inc.php on line 1415

what version of FreePBX are you using? because there is no array_push() anywhere near line 1415 of that?
