I noticed during start up a warning messages…
WARNING: /etc/modprobe.d/dahdi.conf line 4: ignoring bad line starting with
‘options’
Please need some advice about the error…

simply ignore it as I do with same error on my pbx 
If you really want to remove it, go to Setup > DAHDi and check “A-law Override:” box.
