I am getting the following error message on my Freepbx system when it attempts to do my daily backup. How can I fix this error?

Expected response code 250 but got code “552”, with message "552 5.3.4 Error: message file too big

I am running FreePBX 15.0.16.22 'VoIP Server’

I never had an issue with backups before, I do not know why I am now getting too large a file size. I do not have a large user system but perhaps I have backup incoorectly configured for full backups.

Did you upgrade to FreePBX 15?
