Error in FreePBX Framework 2.3.1.4 install?

trying to use module admin to install 2.3.1.4 and each time I do, I get the following error:

Please wait while module actions are performed

Fatal error: Call to undefined function outn() in /var/www/html/admin/modules/framework/libfreepbx.install.php on line 29

I have hand-edited the file to ensure that function is named “out()” in all existances of libfreepbx.install.php, but alas the error keeps popping up.

any thoughts?

out() doesn’t work either. Simply comment out the offending line as its purpose is
unnecessary to the upgrade process.

this should be already fixed, you should only be seeing 2.3.1.5 ?

I have done all the updates, and only 2.3.1.4 is showing…is there some other way to “force” updates to a version number?

if it were me, I would update to 2.4. Aside from that, if you can’t get 2.3.1.5 to load from the Module Admin GUI, try the module_admin command line version to install it.

hello all - i currently have FreePBX version 2.3.1.0 - i need 2.3.1.5 = the GUI update mod doesnt work…can anyone please help direct me to the command line install? i tried looking for it everywhere, but only can find the latest version packaged with TB - thank you!

what do you mean “the GUI update mod doesn’t work”. If you are jumping that far in version numbers there are many modules that need to be upgraded.

Also under this topic is also probably not the best place to get support. Starting a new thread would be better.
