Error in a call to a RG

hi guys.

i have a problem with a call. when i call the number 5365-xxxx the ivr go to a RG.

the RG call a external number. everything go right untill ivr. later the call drops.

we use a gateway to external number (cellphones)

can gateway be the problem?

cause 3 - No route to destination

First of all, have you tried to dial from an extension???
If you can explain call route it will be better too.
By the way, gateway you can test by connect direct SLT (if gateway is analogue RJ11 port) to cellphone gateway.

How about to try call to RG? It work??
