I am currently experiencing an issue where I am unable to access my asterisk PBX through the web interface and the phones aren’t registering. I am able to access the PBX via a PuTTY session. However on the web interface I receive the following error Exception (1045).

Your assistance in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
What did you do before today? Any upgrades, updates etc. ?
Did you checked your iptables rules (iptables -nL)?
What is your Asterisk version? Freepbx version?
Essentially, the password in the database was not matching the password in the freepbx config file. I changed the password in the database to be the same as the config file, then I restarted asterisk and it worked like a charm.
