Error: Doesn't apply congif: Did not receive valid response from server

When we tried to add a new extension and pressed “Apply Congif”, got this error message below:

Error: Did not receive valid response from server

XHR response code: 200 XHR responseText: undefined jQuery status: parsererror

Also our voicemail file is not being emailed as set up.

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you update some modules? maybe run fwconsole restart and have a try.
