Error Asterisk Manager Connection Failure

Hello!!

I go to save updates in freepbx and it saw me this error "Connecting to Asterisk manager interface…Tue, 02 Sep 2008 10:21:13 +0300 - Unable to connect to manager 127.0.0.1:5038 (111): Connection refused
FAILED
[FATAL] Asterisk Manager Connection Failure Failed to connect to the Asterisk manager through port: 5038"
