Error after upgrade from FreePBX 11 to 13

I upgraded my backup server to 13 the other day and now I’m getting an error in the GUI “Can not connect to asterisk” I ran the command “amportal start” and received this error:

[Whoops\Exception\ErrorException]                                               
      filetype(): Lstat failed for /var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx_engine_hook_ucpnode

I do not have the file “freepbx_engine_hook_ucpnode” in that directory. Is that the issue?

Any idea how to correct this?
