Error adding or changing Queues after the last update

Soon after performing the last updates when creating or modifying a row I get the following errors :

FATAL ERROR
DB Error: already exists

error adding to queues_details table

Works fine before last update of Queue module!

This was resolved 14 hours ago in 12.0.13
