I have a bug in my panel freepbx, when accessing the “Asterisk SIP Settings” it shows me the information and then it gets hidden the fields (“External Address” and “Local Networks”) follows attached image.

You may get an answer from someone, but be aware there is no support for systems this old. You need to be on 13.
I’m in version 12, thanks for the help. The question that when I set “Public IP” really does not have access to the settings. As “Static IP” yes, it enables just below.
