ERROR 761 When attempting to register a system

When attempting to register a new system it returns an error code 761.

I cannot find any explanation of the code, any one know what it means.

In the middle of Easter and on the other side of the world it is a bit hard to ring the support number in the US

Are you registered in the portal

Your error means your Email address can not be matched to a valid user in the portal with access to create deployments.

Hi As suggested the problem was that although I had registered for access to this Forum, I had assumed this would have included Portal access and therefore the license update.
