EPM with Sangoma P325 doesn't remember or show soft key Labels

I’m using the free EPM that allows Sangoma phones. When I go to the template, and go to the model, it shows the softkeys. The vertical (line) keys show exactly what I want them to. The horizontal keys, however, seem to have a bug. The “Label” column always matches the “Action” column.

For example, if I change the “Action” to APP-Contacts, then the Label also says APP-Contacts. If I manually change the Label column to PhoneBook (or whatever), then save, the phone changes that button to the contacts button as expected, but the Label is not my custom label. If I go back to the template, the label is matching the action again.
