I have EPM 13.0.45 and I would like to move away from Snom’s provisioning server to EPM, but there are some settings for the 870 that are not in EPMs templates. For example the settings to disable certain icons from the home screen. is there a way to manually add these settings, or do i need to list them somewhere to get them added into the EPM template?
You can use the Basefile Editor to manually tweak whatever settings you want. There is info in the wiki on basefiles:

Ok so when i went to edit the basefile the settings i need to use are not in the list. Can i add them in somehow to the list?
Yes, scroll to the bottom and you will see a button to add an entry.
