EPM not fully writing config files

Im running EPM 14.0.2.188 on PBX 14.0.5.5 and for some reason EPM is not fully writing the config files on just one of my PBX’s. It is just writing the XML headers and none of the actual settings.

Not sure what changed or why only one PBX is having the issue, but any help would be appreciated.

The config file is for a Polycom VVX 410 and all of the files generated only have the XML headers

What happens if you rebuild the config within the record in extension mapping?

I’ve been away for a while but I ended up deleting all of my templates and rebuilding them, That seems to have resolved the issue.
