I am trying to provision my Grandstream GXP2200Ext Consoles using the EMP and it isnt working as planned. I can program them using the WEB GUI in the phone but when I enable the GXP2200Ext-1 model and populate it woth softkey programming, it just ignores what I have entered and erases all the configurations I have entered in the GUI of the phone.
So for now, I have removed the module and manually programmed the consoles in the GUI but it isnt the correct or best way to do it considering maintenance.
It should be noted that I am using Model phones: GXP2170

FreePBX 12 is long past EOL. As far as I am aware, GXP2170 with sidecar (is that what you mean by console?) works as expected in 13
