Does anyone know how I would go about removing a template that has no name? (ha!)
Here is my scenario- I duplicated a template, and named it something with all caps. I found that the commercial EPM would strip any capitalized characters (which I reported as a bug).
So, EPM created a template, but stripped the name. The template shows up in the list as a thin blank line, and an empty slot in any dropdown menus.
Hovering over the thin blank line reveals that the target is hxxp://ip.address.of.pbx/admin/config.php?display=endpoint&view=cisco&template=
How do I get rid of this? Any ideas?
