Good afternoon. Hopefully you can help.
I have purchased and installed the End Point Management module, and I am trying to download the latest firmware.
So I followed the instructions, selecting the applicable firmware versions and dragging it into the Firmware slots. When I click on submit, i get the following error in red:
" Firmware download failed.
Please resubmit to try again."
it does not matter what firmware I try or brand. they all fail.
I am currently running PBX Firmware: 6.13.66-1
