EPM External Account 2

In EPM, is there a way to have Account 2 an external account (i.e., on another FreePBX system)?

I thought I had done this before, but I think both Account 1 and Account 2 were on the same system. That’s no problem doing that. It looks like I may have to edit the basefile to add in an external account for Account 2.

Sure, EPM has a section called custom extensions, you add the SIP info and you can then map this extension as a second account.
