Epm - endpoint manager issues - cisco phones

I set up 508G spa cisco phones with EPM and used TFTP. Brand new phone, first time provision, works fine.

But when I change the sidecar template or make any changes in EPM it will not push the update. I tried to reboot the phone, update config send to phone etc… and it never reaches the phone.

Any ideas?

log into the phone and see if the provisioning is still enabled. we have had issues where for some unknown reason after provisioning the phone, the phone is set to prevent provisioning
