In 2 separate instances, installing the polycom brand did not create a polycom subfolder under tftpboot. One of those installs also has Grandstream phones, and the subfolder created properly. Any reasons why polycom does not see to work?
Have you already downloaded firmware by selecting a pack and clicking Submit from the Firmware Management page? Note that it these packs are pretty big at ~800MB, so it can take some time. Once it’s done processing, I think that is when the polycom folder will get created if one does not exist yet.
