EPM is working with our Grandstream phones (GXP2140) but it will not reboot the phones when a configuration change is made. I found a topic on this that said to change the value of this pcode:
Disable SIP NOTIFY Authentication. 0 - No, 1 - Yes. Default is 0 Number: 0,1 Mandatory
but that didn’t make a difference at all. Not sure what that value should be but neither option caused EPM to reboot the phones when asked to do so.
We also have Digium phones and they do reboot when the config is updated through EPM.
What else can I check?
