I just noticed that when I listen to voicemail messages, I no longer hear the envelope or caller ID before hearing the message. It was working and don’t know when exactly it stopped. I haven’t made any changes recently, but a few months ago I did fix the issue with call monitor talking to mysql.
Is there something I can look for in the logs or any pointers anyone can make?
I did make sure both envelope and callid playback were set to yes both in the extension and voicemail admin.
