I am new to Asterisk - FreePBX - Can anyone help?
I have installed Asterisk - FreePBX 2.5.1 & Asterisk2Billing - Version 1.3.4. I have it all working (well just).
I can make outgoing calls just using Asterisk - FreePBX, but as soon as I try to make a call with Asterisk2Billing enabled, I get a message (after dialling the required number) saying “enter the number you wish to call, followed by the # key”.
When I enter the number I wish to call (followed by the # key), the call connects and every thing is all OK. Even the billing and rate cards data is all correct and working.
But I just can’t work out why or where the announcement is coming from.
Any one know what I have done wrong and how to correct this.
