I am using FreePBX Distro 1.87.29.55-2 which runs Asterisk 1.8.7.1-1. I am using Cisco SPA508G phones. Overall the system runs perfectly.
One thing that is not working is remote reboot of phones from the Endpoint Manager. If I try to reboot one phone or all phones, nothing happens. Although I believe this feature did work at some point. Perhaps a distro upgrade or module upgrade broke it.
How do I start troubleshooting this issue?
