Endpoint Manager

We had purchased Endpoint Manager as orginally we were using some ATAs but eventually migrated over to Sangoma phones so we would not need the commerical license. However we are now unable to update the module becuase our commerical license expired. Is there a way to revert the module to the non-commerical version as it is free when using Sangoma phones?

You could uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact Sangoma directly with your deployment ID.

You would need to raise a Customer Service ticket with Sangoma so that they can remove the paid version from the deployment ID.
